Google’s known for our innovative technologies, products and services – and for the people behind them. Whether you are making our staffing systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you focus on the staffing needs of Google and the broader hiring landscape. You are focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google’s long-term hiring needs, and work across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. You are resourceful, creative and driven – and excited to share the magic of working at Google.
The Organizational Development (OD) team, part of Google’s People Development organization, is responsible for diagnosis and consulting interventions that increase the health and performance of Google’s organizations and overall business. It consists of three groups: OD Portfolio Leads, who are aligned to major client groups and responsible for building a development strategy over time, OD Practitioners who work across client groups on various engagements, and our OD Solutions team, leading research, methodologies, and content for our organizational development work throughout Google.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the OD Solutions Lead and the OD Portfolio Leads to develop custom insights that support and advance the Enterprise OD Portfolio, helping Google’s leaders build more effective organizations over time. Projects might include developing insights to inform a more data-driven approach to resource management and organization design, external and internal landscape audits, or partnering with our Research team to delve deeply into Google’s organization health and other data to inform diagnosis and solution architecture.

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
