Google Customer Solutions (GCS) works with businesses and advertising agencies of all sizes, from local small business owners to mid-market enterprises to large organizations. GCS Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) teams lead the strategy, design, planning and operations of a highly cross-functional landscape, to deliver unified and scalable programs that generate incremental Ads business growth. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with exceptional daily operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth areas. Experts in delivering strategy and process improvement, team members are strategic thinkers with a pragmatic approach to delivering high impact at scale.
The RSO Business Management team drives the business operations of the organization and sets the strategic priorities for the team, working with the VP of RSO. Our goal is to drive productivity and organizational effectiveness, all while improving the experience of working in RSO. In this role, you will design and implement people-centric initiatives aimed at improving the day-to-day experience of team members and building the right culture for RSO.
