Preferred qualifications:
The Android Enterprise Partner and Customer Engineering team is focused on enabling enterprises everywhere to adopt Android as their preferred mobile device platform. You will play a critical role supporting our enterprise OEM partners and customers in building support for the Android Enterprise platform. With your help, we’ll improve the way we engage with OEM partners and customers, allowing for many customers to deploy at scale and holding OEM partners accountable to high standards. While acquiring expertise in the Android platform APIs, you’ll both troubleshoot and fix issues with our partner software engineering teams and communicate Android capabilities and roadmaps to customers and OEM partners.
You’re an independent contributor who works closely with both our partners and our engineering and product teams. You’re comfortable with diving into technical challenges with customers and guiding our OEM partners through API implementation and design choices, while also improving our team’s and our partners’ operations and providing clear and concise feedback to our internal stakeholders. When you’re not troubleshooting and guiding OEM partners, you’re looking for ways to increase Android Enterprise knowledge through writing implementation and support guides, developing training materials, and helping your teammates to succeed.
