Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of relevant professional experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations or Finance/Investment Banking/Venture Capital
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree
- 8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations or Finance/Investment Banking/Venture Capital
- Experience effectively collaborating with executive level cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
- Experience managing small or large scale programs or projects which require distinctive problem solving, analysis skills and impeccable business acumen
- Ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction, spreadsheet modeling
- Ability to work with data modeling, reporting, and strong written and verbal communication skills
About the job
As a Planning and Product Operations Lead, you will be apart of the Application Modernization Platform Product Strategy and Business Operations team. You will work closely with the product management, engineering, and cross-functional team members (e.g. People Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to drive and support annual/strategic planning efforts, drive outward-facing product roadmaps, and drive business operations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support multi-year strategic business planning, annual planning, business review cadences, and leadership engagement.
- Influence profit and loss (P&L) management: business and cost attribution, operating expenses (opex) allocation, chargebacks, payroll and non-payroll opex, direct versus allocated costs, etc.
- Lead and execute cross-organization initiatives (e.g. pilot programs to improve engineering execution, product excellence, etc.).
- Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on strategic insights, analysis, experience, and technical acumen.
- Lead projects and short-term deep dives: lead product area-wide, cross-functional project teams, to structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations; communicate findings to senior management.
