The Business Enablement team is tasked with increasing Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) focus on Product Area engagement. We aim to understand the end-to-end business strategy and translate this through a Real Estate planning and execution lens and building differentiation. We will deeply understand Google and its Product Areas’ business strategy, Financial Objectives and Culture/Workplace Objectives. We will create a clear definition of actionable business expectations and user expectations. We will continue to work with Product Area leads to define the right workspace experience at the right time and at the right cost. In partnership with the entire REWS organization using this workplace experience that will enable Google and Product Area business, financial, and culture and workspace goals.
As the Analytics & Insights Lead, you will be instrumental in fundamentally transforming our Product Area engagement model and service offerings to Product Area Leads. You will work collaboratively with business and real estate colleagues to create the data and analytics backbone that enables critical decision making for the delivery of the right solutions for Google’s ever changing needs. You will partner closely with the REWS Data Analytics team and BI team on defining the best data solutions to support this transformation. This role will manage a team and will help define and deliver our future vision for the team and reporting landscape. You will also be central to upskilling the business partner organization data literacy and understanding data.
