In this role, you will build and grow our product management, user experience, and growth team for marketing automation.You will be responsible for developing product goals for marketing automation for ads business, in collaboration with key partners across various Go-To-Market, Growth, Product, and Engineering teams. You will lead a portfolio of products, and will have the opportunity to drive innovation in helping Google acquire, retain, and grow advertisers more effectively and efficiently across its ecosystem.
You will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will develop the strategy and roadmap for first-party solutions, as well as use off-the-shelf cloud-based solutions to meet key business objectives. This will encompass all Mar-Tech capabilities, including content management systems, user identity, knowledge graphs and engines, messaging platforms, and related technologies for advertiser acquisition, engagement and retention. You will also partner with our brand marketing teams to build content-storytelling products. You will be responsible for developing systems that automate campaign deployment and optimization, and add personalization features using the latest Metro leads techniques.
You will manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, UX designers, and growth marketers.
