Pigweed is Google’s open source microcontroller platform. This role will define the strategy and execute on it to improve microcontroller and embedded systems, including platform capabilities, APIs, developer experience, and tooling.
Pigweed helps teams get to market faster, by relieving them of many low-level microcontroller concerns, such as logging systems, over-the-air update system, factory tests, continuous on-hardware platform tests, unit testing systems and more. Pigweed brings modern software practices to the traditionally C-oriented and more conservative embedded software ecosystem, enabling non-embedded engineers to develop production-grade embedded firmware.
As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to develop the roadmap, additional capabilities, and partnerships to create a successful microcontroller platform and embedded systems offering for device creators.
