Google Nest offers a range of consumer hardware products that make your home smarter and more helpful. These products range from thermostats to smart speakers. Google users across the globe use these products to simplify their lives and get the most out of their smart homes. In this role, you will be an expert in partnering with Nest engineering and product teams to represent top customer pain points, create solutions for existing issues, and build great new features. You will work with fellow Product Specialists to surface customer issues and patterns in customer reports, provide insights and recommendations on how to improve our products, and drive continuous improvement programs to better serve our users.
