Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of relevant program management, process improvement, and product support experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in business organizations, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, negotiating solutions and influencing others.
- Experience partnering closely with engineers, product managers, or operations teams to drive product development
- Push marketing (email/notifications) or CRM experience
- Mobile, e-commerce, and/or gaming experience
- Track record of creative problem solving and bias towards action
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
About the job
As a Product Specialist, you identify opportunities and operationalize new processes and product solutions. You increase the efficiency and velocity of our user engagement and growth priorities. You will work closely with Growth Marketers, Operations, Product Managers and Engineers to scope and manage internal user tooling and product development projects. You are a key contributor throughout the lifecycle, from strategy definition and requirements through experimentation and launch. You will ensure business requirements are clearly documented, prioritized and aligned to high impact use cases. You will also play a key role in product adoption, including playbook documentation, the successful integration of new product features into Growth Marketing Operations and clear impact measurement.
Additionally, Product Specialists provide occasional, advanced production support for technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Be a product expert. Understand and advocate for marketing teams’ needs in product development and process improvement. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and speed
- Meet regularly with campaign production and product support teams to diagnose tool related issues, estimate impact of issues and offer solutions
- Build and proactively drive project plans with cross functional partner teams to advance key initiatives and deliver quantifiable impact
- Document operational process, playbook and procedure updates. Train the trainer with program managers and vendor lead(s) to integrate new product features into marketing operations
- Coordinate emergency response for live campaign issues. Design and execute response plan. Communicate issues and actions to broader team
