The Google Private Cloud Product Strategy and Operations team is responsible for building, launching, and driving adoption of a hardware and software solution that brings modern cloud technologies and Google services to customer on-premise data centers with full consideration of customer needs (e.g., data, operation, and software sovereignty). Our mission is to deliver a private cloud offering which extends Google Cloud’s addressable market, providing a solution for the public sector and enterprises with sensitive or regulatory concerns.
In this role, you will work with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Partnership, Professional Services, and Support) to develop business-level and product strategies (e.g., multi-year business plan, specific product strategies, product or market entry business cases, and go-to-market strategy), drive ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., partner models, business cases, etc.), incubate initiatives, provide analytics support (e.g., define key business metrics, perform in-depth analysis or market analysis to answer important questions on product trends/business performance), and facilitate operating the business (i.e. orchestrate business reviews).
