Experience Studio is a team of designers, producers, project managers, engineers, and business thinkers whose mission is to build brand trust with Google’s customers through the creation of customer experience centers and interactive technology. Our job is to design and deliver distinctive physical experiences so every guest understands Google’s unique ability to grow their businesses into the digital age and move their brands into the future.
As a Producer in the Production Support Office, you will be the representative of Experience Studio to our Experience Centers around the world, making sure that the facility, technology, and show in the center continues to work as Google’s business changes.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor for our Business Leads, understanding their business and operational priorities and collaborating with our technical, operational, and creative Experience Studio team members to deliver project and service solutions that meet those needs. You’ll get to know the centers, staff, and sales teams in your portfolio, and you’ll influence long-term Experience Studio product and services roadmap by sharing feedback with Experience Studio teams. You’ll engage with event and venue providers to negotiate terms and ensure service level agreements are met.
