- 8 years of experience in program management or an engineering environment.
- 3 years of supply chain experience.
- Experience in building out business strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in data analytics.
- Ability to drive discussions with cross-functional teams to identify issues and resolutions, combining both business acumen with problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills.

Our Consumer Hardware team researches, designs, and develops technologies and hardware to make our user’s interaction with computing faster, more powerful, and seamless. Within the Global Operations team, we enable our businesses to execute by tying our functional efforts to the organizational objectives. As a central strategy team, we develop the necessary artifacts to allow for the synthesis and analysis of our cross-functional teams’ efforts, advancing our strategic insights. Constantly collaborating with others, we own the critical data and forums to tie the strategies at both the functional and organizational levels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business health metrics to highlight both tactical and strategic opportunities.
- Manage the development, alignment, collation, and scoring of our organizational goals.
- Manage quarterly senior leadership reviews to showcase strategic and executional deliverables and progress through collaboration with functional teams.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to highlight areas of strategic opportunity.
- Anticipate shifts in the supply chain and enable the creation of correct sets of data bringing them to the forefront.
