We are the Central Strategy and Operations team for Devices and Services. Our mission is to inform better decision-making in Devices and Services with data-driven insights, tools, and processes. We work in two ways: first, by focusing on the portfolio of businesses and advising on specific timely questions (e.g., go-to-market and product development) and second by running some operational processes and tools for Devices and Services, including objectives and key result (OKR) setting and headcount planning. Our work enables Devices and Services Googlers to make radically better products to bring the best of Google to everyone.
