Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management on cross-functional projects
- Experience with data center technology
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management, leading large-scale projects involving multiple teams/stakeholders, resource planning, and budgeting/forecasting
- 5 years of experience managing lifecycle products
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

Product Security Assurance is the team within the Google Cloud CISO organization responsible for helping ensure every product Google Cloud ships is as secure as it can be, and increasing the assurance levels of security in the infrastructure underlying all our products.
As a Program Manager for Cloud CISO Data Center Systems Security, you will coordinate and execute on the delivery of projects that focus on securing the systems and infrastructure used to manage the data centers. You will be responsible for developing threat models against those systems, as well as helping design best practices for how they should be operating securely. You will help drive identification of risks and setting the vision for the future.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of security policies, practices, and tooling for Internet of Things (IoT), Operational Transformation (OT), and Internal Customer Systems (ICS)
- Project manage the adoption of the standards and tools, internally and externally
- Define, evaluate, and improve processes within the team, as well as consult with several Operations teams to ensure they comply with global security policies
- Lead cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities and varying dependencies, focusing on the security components
- Define the threat vectors and models and drive remediation efforts as they are identified
