- 6 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Program management certification or experience in program management with an IT or software company.
- Experience designing, documenting, implementing, and optimizing agreement execution workflows, including commercial agreements.

As Global Business Practices team’s Program Manager for Deal Process, you will play a key role in designing processes that accompany the launch of new products and solutions, as well as identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices across existing workflows. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders across Global Business Practice, Cloud, and other Google entities.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, process related initiatives to improve Google Cloud’s agreement velocity.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for global agreement processes.
- Drive process simplification and ensure streamlined workflows.
- Work closely with other Program Managers to identify areas of friction, provide viable recommendations, and execute remediation plans.
- Serve as the main point of contact for agreement related process support and escalations and actively engage with cross-functional teams to build, publish, and improve process related content.
