Within the Google Procurement Organization (GPO), you will support the Center of Excellence team who is responsible for developing, deploying, and ingraining best practices throughout the organization related to activities such as procurement process, systems, metrics, reporting, or training; building infrastructure for the team. You will collaborate with multiple teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
In this role, you will identify relevant stakeholders and guide them through significant change within the buying ecosystem. You will work across Google to plan and drive communication strategies and content, assess readiness, creation, and delivery of training materials, and manage ongoing transition. In this fast-growing environment, you will exercise effective decision-making and interact with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
