As a Program Manager within Inventory Strategy and Operations, you will be part of a business operations team within the Direct Channels and Membership business unit whose mission is providing trusted services that help users get the most out of Google. You will develop programs and initiatives that will empower teams to deliver an optimum customer service experience within Google’s first-party brick and mortar store. You will plan, develop, and implement inventory strategies that move service forward across all key metrics, including new products and solutions (NPS), customer satisfaction, and various customer service and productivity metrics.
