Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 3 years of experience managing SCIF operations, COMSEC, NIPR/SIPR, document control/accountability, and classified AIS.
- US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in standup, management, and execution of DoD and Intelligence Community security programs.
- Experience with Industrial Security procedures outlined in 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, and ISOIs.
- Experience administering effective security education and training programs for cleared employees.
- Experience working with Military Intelligence Community Directives and Department of Defense government regulations for US Government Contractors.

As a Program Manager for Google Cloud Security, you will oversee and administer the security requirements of a large-scale government contract. You will ensure that we deliver on the contract smoothly and optimally, while complying with various government, customer, and company standards. You will be responsible for daily and periodic personnel actions and training, COMSEC and crypto management, document management, AIS operation and management, and daily operation of secure spaces.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Ensure quality program delivery by managing, coordinating, and executing all security program requirements for a large-scale classified contract.
- Oversee personnel security records and process security clearances.
- Administer policies and procedures for handling and safeguarding government classified information.
- Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of effective Information Security (INFOSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), and Operational Security (OPSEC) policies and procedures.
- Ensure that proper Industrial Security procedures are followed in accordance with the NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, the customer, and Google Public Sector.
