Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience operating an event and/or conference venue or briefing center for a global company
  • Experience using Google Workspace and Salesforce

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the cloud industry landscape and products areas
  • Ability to adjust and improve processes that will benefit customers, internal executives, and sales teams
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with leaders and peers from multiple regions and across geographies.
  • Ability to create a positive and lasting experience for customers with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, quickly transition between projects, and adapt to unanticipated issues that arise to ensure a positive customer experience

In this role you will lead onsite and event operations as executives from enterprise companies discover the power of partnering with Google Cloud.

You will host tours, oversee the concierge team, and partner with vendor management. You’ll develop a process with on-site teams, own vendor relationships, work with the catering team, and manage relationships with the security team as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer experience and oversee daily operations, including escalations, logistics, operations support, space usage, budget support, future-proofing, and guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary lead for the Coordinator team, guiding the team around process changes, escalations, and own logistics-only briefings in collaboration with the Coordinator team.
  • Develop and maintain a tracker that includes services communication, provide information to team on a timely basis as it impacts the usage of the space, and attend weekly Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) meetings.
  • Lead remodels as necessary from a program management perspective. Remain informed on budget allocation in partnership with other teams.
  • Partner with catering coordinator for updates on menu. Develop a repeatable and scalable playbook, and attend weekly meetings as necessary.
