The Customer Advocacy and Insights (CA&I) team represents Google Cloud’s customers across various industries and global regions to ensure the broader organization is unified in resolving customer challenges. The team works across engineering, marketing, sales, services, and support to own the process for identifying and resolving challenges. The team works with customer data and uses it to identify and alleviate customers’ challenges in working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Customer Advocacy and Insights team provide customer and partner engagement methodologies and avenues to the various parts of the organization.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders across all parts of the organization to support critical business operations through data analytics and metrics. You will be responsible for ongoing metrics and dashboard updates to provide key business insights used during monthly reviews. You will influence customer experiences and drive to ensure customer feedback has the necessary internal impact. You will support operational aspects of the business.
