Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of sales experience Experience in the ISP/Telecom industry.
- Prior experience mentoring teammates and/or managing a team. Experience with a CRM database.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with financial models; able to analyze and evaluate opportunities.
- Experience negotiating legal agreements.
- Knowledge of the multifamily dwelling units industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the job
The Google Fiber Inventory Acquisition team is responsible for business-to-business partnerships with the Real Estate industry that secure the rights for Google Fiber to install our infrastructure and access potential customers (including multifamily/apartment/condo, multi-tenant/commercial/office, and single family/HOA/private road entities). In this role, you will either prospect, or be given assigned partners and/or geographies to help increase the number of households that have the ability to order Google Fiber services.

Responsibilities
- Own relationships with Google Fiber partners and C-level executives who own medium or large portfolios of properties
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of sales and relationship development to complete advanced account responsibilities, and handle more complex challenges with sophisticated partners (e.g. uses negotiation skills to determine proper business requirements in order to gain mutual acceptance for right of entry agreements)
- Utilize CRM data to develop business strategies and make recommendations (e.g. allocate resources more effectively)
- Achieve quarterly business goals, provide updates and forecasts to the metro Lead, Head of Sales, and regional General Manager as needed
- Display knowledge of Google Fiber’s network and technical deployment, with an ability to convey to partners and coach teams on it
