Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of professional experience
- Experience in strategy and operations, or similar “business operations” function for a technology-driven company.
- Experience managing cross-functional senior stakeholders

- Strong data, quantitative and analytical expertise.

Responsibilities
- Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.
- Partner closely across many functions relevant to the organization, including Product & Engineering, Communications, PR, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, People Oprations, and Operations. Use cross-functional knowledge and seek to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business.
- Identify problems and issues proactively across organizations and create programs and processes to solve them.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish; manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Consumer portfolio to execute against the strategic roadmap, including thinking about priority user segments, emerging technology trends, and competitive analyses.
