Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years of product management or related experience.
- Experience in the payments and/or commerce industries and experience developing Internet products and technologies.
- Experience leading a team of product managers.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in product management, providing product vision and roadmaps, leading end-to-end product development.
- Experience developing high-growth consumer facing global products and services.
- Demonstrated track record in balancing out product priorities against budget and timelines.
- Knowledge and understanding of current payments and/or e-commerce technologies and services.
- Ability to set and drive the “big picture” strategy while also providing detailed guidance on individual projects.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork.

The Payments team at Google has a goal of making payments simple, helpful, and inclusive around the world. This is the team within Google that creates and manages Google’s consumer applications such as Google Pay, our merchant services, and the global payments and billing platform. As the Senior Director for Product Management for Google Wallet, you will lead the Wallet Product Management team and collaborate closely with the payments and Android leads with the responsibility of driving the vision, strategy, and execution from end-to-end.

- Help our Wallet and Google Pay teams continue to grow from a position of scale, especially in APAC and have deepening engagement with products in the US.
- Inspire and manage a highly collaborative team based on a model of trust and inclusiveness.
