In this role, you will be a Senior Director for the Consumer organization leading Trust User Experience (UX) across several of our core Consumer experiences including, Search, Assistant, Geo, and others, towards our goal of providing the most trusted experience for our users. Trust UX helps set the strategy for privacy and security, personalization, information quality and literacy, kids and families, and product inclusion.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to drive user research and human-centered design in delivering experiences that promote user transparency and agency, and both proactively and responsively ensuring Google’s compliance with the ever-shifting landscape of global policy and regulations.
User experience is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. Our UX teams include designers, researchers, content strategists, and engineers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities.
