Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting a supply chain organization
- Experience managing all financial elements of large-scale capital expenditure programs, including identifying, assessing, and controlling risks
- Experience in core FP&A responsibilities (e.g., forecast, financial reporting, etc.)
- Experience with SQL
- Ability to communicate clearly, influence executive leadership teams, take initiative, self-direct, work in an unstructured environment, and manage ambiguity
- Impeccable business judgment combined with excellent spreadsheet software, problem solving, analytical skills, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills, as well as familiarity with financial tools (i.e. SAP)

In this role, you will manage elements of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support this critical and complex business area. The scale of our annual investments and operations in our infrastructure requires excellent financial leadership in planning, process and risk management, control, opportunity identification, and analytics. You will bring expertise in operating as a leader and influencing complex businesses.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of financial models that help TI and Finance teams make sound financial decisions on TI capital investments. Work with business partners to plan, forecast, and report on TI capital investments, focusing on business drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TI Business Partners, Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Systems, and Engineering.
- Analyze data and synthesize raw information into insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement metrics to measure business results and efficiency in areas being supported.
- Be the Finance lead to support strategic projects in Supply Chain, which are multi-year and require outstanding stakeholder engagement.
