Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in program or project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations/planning.
- Experience in program and stakeholder management in a cross-functional capacity.
- Experience partnering on cross-functional projects or teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience writing statements of work (SOWs), proposals, or responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Ability to take initiative and work on a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, managers, and other teams.
- Ability to keep multiple priorities moving simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and business judgment.

In this role, you will partner with the global leads for PSO services engagement scope management and delivery management and identify opportunities to improve the process and efficacy of global programs that serve PSO regional teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage, streamline, and promote use of global knowledge base.
- Analyze and identify relevant metrics and trends, to PSO improve on engagements by key objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities with global PSO statement of work (SOW) agreements program and global PSO customer engagement delivery program, and make/implement recommendations.
- Gather perspectives and input using appropriate techniques to build consensus, increase awareness, and increase adoption and compliance
- Support or lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, including managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders and keeping teams coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.
