The Google Tensor Volume Ramp team is responsible for enabling the system-level testing and factory testing flows on different post-silicon platforms. This team also builds the automated screening flow with functional test vectors to support silicon volume production. For the failure parts, the team is in charge of debugging and root cause analysis.
