Google Hiring for Software Engineer, Google Maps at Mountain View, CA Full Time
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of professional software development experience or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- Experience with software development using Java, Objective C, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Experience with Android or iOS Software Development Kits (SDKs).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in API design, performance optimization, client architecture, or tools in the mobile space.
- Experience deploying modules to Android Google Mobile Services or related services.
- Experience with maps, geocoding, or navigation Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
