As a Solutions Engineer in Google for Education, you immerse yourself in the needs and challenges facing some of our customers in the US, and help craft a technical solution. We help customers and resellers to understand the power of Google’s portfolio, explaining technical features, and problem-solving key technical issues.
In this role, you are responsible for scaling our rapidly growing Education business, with focus on our different Workspace for Education editions. Together with the sales organization, your focus will be on institutions in Florida.
As the team and business grow, we need to adjust and improve by using customer feedback to help our product teams understand where to focus, simplifying and evolving our sales processes as we add more components to our solution and markets, and crafting technical solutions to help us drive the business more effectively. You will work closely with the various teams in Google to analyze and identify those opportunities, and will lead or support specific initiatives to make change happen.
