Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in advertiser sales, advertiser operations, marketing, business affairs, and/or media planning/buying
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing partners
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to effectively lead and execute compelling sales pitches and distill complex information
- Knowledge and understanding of the video buying landscape
- Knowledge and understanding of legal requirements when managing the signing of a contract

As a Sponsorship Specialist, you will execute and manage high-profile sponsorships that meet both internal needs as well as the needs of our advertisers. You’ll deliver a sponsorship/program and manage the customers experience. You will partner manage internal and external partners as well as the packaging, positioning, and renewal of YouTube’s sponsorships.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage sponsorships while balancing the needs internal stakeholders and Google’s customers
- Manage process and expectation setting with our advertisers
- Identify impactful business positioning/narrative for YouTube’s sponsorships
- Develop cross-functional relationships that can be leveraged in sponsorship execution
- Identify and solve customer problems by balancing Google capabilities with their needs
