As a Staff Software Engineer on the Waze team, you will improve the technology stack used at Waze and evangelize best practices across the organization. Waze is looking to transform how we run our services, aiming to take advantage of modern, managed, and container-oriented runtimes in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
In this role, you will partner closely with our Site Reliability Engineering team and lead the Software Engineering efforts toward this goal. You will directly impact the daily lives of many of drivers worldwide by creating the infrastructure that Waze engineers use. You will be an architect, designer, and coder of your project.You will work closely with the development teams to adopt your solutions within the organization.
