The Google Operations Center (GOC) Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading strategy development, business analytics, operational excellence, and executive reporting for the GOC. The GOC is responsible for providing customer care, technical support, and business enablement for Google products. The Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the company priorities with daily operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into growth initiatives. In this role, you will support efforts through structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and program management. You will be responsible for shaping, managing, and executing a project or workstream with our stakeholders, analyzing its results, and presenting insights to executive leaders.
