Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent
practical experience. - 10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in forecasting, modeling, developing OKRs/KPIs, executive
summaries, chief of staff responsibilities, or related responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field or equivalent
practical experience. - Experience in influencing and communicating cross-functionally and with management at all levels.
- Experience in developing project plans, financial reporting/insights, cross functional coordination and project execution.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment while
being organized, strategically focused, and detail oriented. - Ability to focus on operational excellence by working sustainably across
teams and functions, align strategy and support tracking of and action
against key success metrics with cross-functional leadership. - Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global transformational and cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple teams across Google’s finance organization.
- Research, analyze/assess opportunities, trends, and operating metrics to develop, with executive stakeholders, objectives, and priorities for the finance organization.
- Establish and lead working groups/workshops, and provide executive reporting.
- Manage project dependencies and the impact on downstream initiatives.
- Own and manage the operating cadences for the Vice President (VPs) organization (including setting objectives and key results, communication, meetings, etc.), along with owning projects and operating rhythms for the organization.
