- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in SQL
- Experience managing strategic and operationally complex projects with a cross-functional team
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and problem-solve to evaluate solutions
- Excellent business judgment

The Acquisitions Sales Program Management team manages program design, strategy, and operations for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Acquisitions Sales teams. Our goal is to help Google acquire advertiser customers and generate incremental and sustainable business impact that is rooted in the success of our customers and sales teams.
As Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will drive improvements throughout the business by re-imagining every aspect of our business. You’ll focus on and learn from the exceptional improvements in sales team productivity, efficiency, impact, and organization design. You will have exposure and visibility to executives as you present your proposals and demonstrate their impact. In this role, you will manage long-term program vision and roadmaps, and coordination of daily operations to ensure sales programs are aligned with direction and supported to deliver goals.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess efficacy of sales program strategy, including workflows, incentives, customer segments, tools/resources, and more.
- Own sales program processes and initiatives through ongoing analysis and project management.
- Develop advocacy for initiatives by building networks of cross-functional peers and leaders.
- Lead projects cross-functionally across business areas to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to run operations.
