The Workplace Innovation and Governance (WIG) team provides governance, design, controls, research, and technology solutions for our Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) and Security (GSRS) teams, to enable Google to thrive and scale, uniquely.
The REWS Supplier Operations team sits within WIG and is dedicated to contract administration and extended workforce support for REWS/GSRS.
As a Supplier Operations Program Manager, you will provide extended workforce and compliance support to the REWS/GSRS teams. In this role, you will operate and evolve a vendor-supported supplier operations program. You will drive process improvements and create standards in order to ensure program efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Understand REWS/GSRS services, business landscape, and applicable extended workforce support procedures
- Serve as a liaison between REWS/GSRS and corporate policy teams; utilize global perspective to develop and implement best practices in extended workforce management for the organization
- Develop and distribute executive-level communications that are clear, compelling, and effective in educating users, and driving policy and process adoption
- Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that impact the customer experience of extended workforce onboarding across REWS/GSRS
- Manage a vendor team responsible for providing support of extended workforce on-boarding activities; act as primary point-of-contact for related administrative tasks and escalations from customers
