Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with technical architecture, tools, process development, or data management.
- 5 years of writing technical documentation, requirements documents, or project plans.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or another STEM field.
- Experience in Enterprise Wide Implementations, Enterprise Data Management Policies, or Processes.
- Familiar with python libraries, and utilization with SQL (e.g., IO), Python (e.g., REGEX, Data frames), PANDAS, NumPy, or Seaborn.
- Ability to create workable project plans with project scope, and execute on such plans.
- Excellent applied project management skills.

As a Technical Program Manager in the Lifecycle Management team, you will provide leadership in the development of EHS systems and tools that enable our teams to work safely and efficiently via use and analysis of data. You will engage with all levels of employees and leadership to design tools, processes, and procedures to use data to mitigate risks to our workforce and the environments that we operate in. You will work with stakeholders in engineering, construction, operations, and EHS to access data and provide insights that allows leaders to evaluate agreed objectives. You may do data engineering, architecture, analytics, or machine learning support.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and own data management strategic programs, and span multiple organizations.
- Identify process technology breakdowns in the organization, navigate through ambiguity, define a program to address problems, and implement solutions that improve the organization’s effectiveness.
- Identify the bigger picture, lead long term objectives, and have a measurable impact on OKRs (Objective Key Results).
- Lead system architectures in a hybrid (e.g., cloud, on-premise) environment with numerous technologies to consider.
- Manage multiple programs and convert business objectives into technical design documents and work cross-functionally with software developers, business owners, and stakeholders.
