Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading architecture design of optical communication systems.
- Experience in optical communication product development.
- Familiarity with various optical devices (e.g., lasers, modulators, photodetectors, MEMS, passive devices, etc.), corresponding development cycles, and reliability/quality aspects.

Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse cross-functional team, spanning organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver optical system solutions from idea to production.
- Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls, governance, and standards.
- Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with differing priorities.
- Drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
- Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager (TPM) groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage goals, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies, and help teams in execution.
