Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
- Experience with Product Management and product lifecycle.
- Experience with process capability improvement in operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical area.
- Ability to operate at a level of leadership for Data Center performance needs globally.
- Ability to design software solutions in collaboration with Product Management and Software Development teams.
- Ability to set strategy and objectives for your function, aligned with Global Data Center and Google Cloud strategies and objectives.
- Ability to partner effectively with all levels of technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to follow product lifecycle standards from ideation through to launch in partnership with customers, Product and Development teams.

You help new Google Cloud customers get up to speed with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome through our online self-help platform. Thanks to you, leading companies, schools, and government agencies get Google-caliber customer service on demand. You design, improve, and scale the self-help platform, marked by its stellar user experience and clean navigation. Versed in search optimization techniques, you collaborate with fellow marketing and technical support Googlers to make sure the experience is powerful and seamless for customers.
The Systems and Process Innovation team drives transformation through process, systems, data/analytics, new technologies, and business operations to continually improve Global Data Center performance.
In this role, you will focus on ideating, planning, testing, and launching innovative software products with the goal of improving data center performance.

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Identify initial use cases in partnership with business teams.
- Partner with Development teams to build new technologies, plan/execute proofs of concept and A/B testing to ensure results before global expansion.
- Own the process from ideation through to launch and value realization for new tech products such as statistical process control, bots to automate manual work, and expanding use of technologies.
