Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a training business and/or as a channel manager
- Experience with cloud technologies
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience launching and/or managing a new business offering to achieve or exceed business goals.
- Experience recruiting, managing partners, and delivering go-to-market strategies/results.
- Experience taking global business goals/initiatives and successfully implementing them in the Americas region.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent business acumen, planning, and strategy skills with the ability to use a business growth and data-based approach.
- Comfort with working in a fast-growing, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

As a Training Regional Lead, you will for support and manage segments of the local training business. You’ll manage and execute strategic business plans across the Americas subregion(s).
You will determine which partners best fit our training goals and work with them to build clear business plans for their training segments. You’ll drive consumption of learning programs and strategic campaigns for enterprise accounts and regional customers, reporting business forecasts to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Strategize with customers, regional training business leads, and customer account teams to understand specific learning needs. Conduct scoping sessions and make recommendations.
- Launch and run learning campaigns across the Americas region to ensure that our training is achieving business objectives, taking size of local markets into account.
- Support regional roll-outs of global initiatives or launches of programs.
- Support field teams in training engagements for large, strategic accounts. Work with partners to provide resources, support, and advice.
- Provide reports, metrics, and business reviews (regional dashboards, training metrics, training consumption by modality, etc.) to key stakeholders.
