Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you’re a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed – with urgency. The Google Play and Android team within Trust and Safety broadly provides business-critical content policy enforcement, partner support, and content ingestion to facilitate, review, and grow the digital content catalog of Google Play.
As a User Engagement Analyst, you will have the responsibility of protecting Google’s users by ensuring online safety by resolving abuse and fraud across Google products. On this team, you will be a big-picture thinker and strategic leader. You will know how to create a safe experience for Google Play users and you are passionate about using your knowledge of policy enforcement, management consulting, product development or operations to protect Google’s users. You will work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, Product Managers, Business Development, policy creation, operations, and other groups to evolve the systems and processes used to keep the Google Play ecosystem healthy.
