Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with web design and multimedia presentations.
- 3 years of experience in an analytics role, building and analyzing business cases.
- Experience with spreadsheet software and presentation software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience communicating status summaries of projects on regular intervals to executive audiences.
- Experience in evaluating and benchmarking cross-organizational performance with external resources, and building and mapping multi-year strategies to improve.

As Program Manager in Global Server Operations (GSO) Strategy and Operations team, you will support our Profitable Growth Pillar which is a multiyear objective to take costs out of our overall operations. You will directly own some initiatives, and partner on and support other initiatives, that all accrue to the broader efficiency objectives set within GSO. You will partner to define baselines, build business cases for investment, and establish the governance by which we prioritize initiatives in GSO that reduce our cost base. You will also work with GSO Finance partners to ensure short thru long term financial planning matches our investment needs, and efficiency objectives.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives across cost, process efficiency, inventory optimization, and other financial value levers, and develop and support tracking tools, and report on progress of these initiatives.
- Establish and run a governance/intake process that determines which projects we decide to work on to drive financial efficiency, and create a database of opportunity areas to constantly manage the opportunities.
- Develop programs, training, frameworks, and metrics (i.e. unit economics) to create a culture of cost consciousness of GSO and overall TI organization through value mapping and other strategies.
- Identify and evaluate leading Data Center strategies for GSO to consider to continuously improve our cost and efficiency base, and be able to synthesize multiple strategic initiatives across GSO into a single value narrative.
