As Vice President of Trust and Safety Consumer Trusted Experiences, your primary responsibility is to manage global teams that provide abuse protection and policy enforcement support across a range of Google’s consumer products. Expertise from these teams is used to prevent abuse by informing product design, driving analytical solutions, influencing consumer trust, and driving impact and operational metrics to manage current and future abuse fighting operations, among other things.
In this role, you will partner with many teams across Google, including Engineering, Product, Public Policy, and Legal. While pre-existing domain expertise across all areas is not expected, you are a thought leader in your space who has the ability to work globally across a number of offices and stakeholders through effective relationship building, influence, and communication skills. Systems thinking is critical as well, realizing what you do has ramifications in so many other domains due to the complex ecosystem. You’ll demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decision making, technical know-how, charisma and ability to lead your team to get things done for Google, our users, and partners.
At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. Trust & Safety is Google’s team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place.
