gUP builds innovative solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities. We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.
The gTech Users and Products (gUP) Accessibility Support team’s mission is to support users with disabilities by elevating their voices and enabling teams across Google to build the most accessible products. gUP represents Google’s users and partners, shares user insights inside Google, and provides services to Product teams. As an Accessibility Support Analyst, you will test, analyze, prioritize, create awareness, and recommend fixes for user-reported accessibility issues in Google products, in close partnership with other teams. You will liaise between other Google Product Support Managers to drive Accessibility Support for their products and help transfer knowledge across all teams.
Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers’ complex needs.
