As an Account Executive, you’ll partner closely with customers to provide integrated, cross-platform tech and advertising solutions. This is a customer-facing role using industry and platform expertise, and strengths in communication and strategic leadership. You will understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and persistently explore, and uncover the business needs of our key customers.
You’ll manage business relationships to ensure that customer needs and requirements for Large Customer Sales (LCS) are met. In this role, you will serve as an advocate within Google while collaborating with other Google teams to provide a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to drive growth for the customer’s business, and build relationships with C-Level, key decision makers, and agency counterparts to build and execute strategies, optimize advertising investments, and better business results.
Advocate new product features and assist customers in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success.
Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to scope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer’s business and technology needs.
Use data analysis, technical expertise, and storytelling to craft compelling executive narratives that position our products as solutions to critical business priorities.
Generate business plans to define strategies and tactics for our platforms, and identify impactful areas where we can help our customer achieve their business objectives.
