Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a marketing/brand manager, advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a client-facing role.
Understanding of the digital media industry challenges, a roadmap for its growth, and a commitment to advance strategies within the marketplace.
Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/digital marketing tactics and strategy.
Ability to influence across levels within a complex organization in order to drive business success.
Ability to proactively practice pitches, deliver/ask for feedback, and act on that feedback before pitches/conversations with clients.
Excellent communication and organization skills.

As an Account Executive, you’ll create, execute, and lead a roadmap to help clients leverage Google’s products and services to grow. Through thought leadership, you will lead with empathy and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll foster and maintain trusted relationships at executive levels to drive long lasting business partnerships, and help your team grow. You will work closely with your team to be valued digital marketing consultants for our clients.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop account plans and high quality joint business plans that reflect measurable customer business objectives and set deadlines to deliver against these plans. Communicate and inspire the cross-functional team to ensure these plans are understood and that all account team members understand their roles/expectations.
Deliver and guide large customer agreements across internal and external stakeholders.
Meet goals and plans across accounts.
Build/prioritize relationships with executive stakeholders who can drive change at scale. Uncover, pitch, and activate business growth opportunities through C-level conversations.
Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of business performance, opportunities, and pipelines.
