As an Account Manager Associate, you will be part of the Google Sales Associate Program. Through this program, Google develops Sales Associates in specific product and business training and executive access/exposure over a fixed period of time.
You will work in a team-focused environment, managing relationships with customers. You’ll need to be focused, proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and sales-focused to help expand the customer relationship.
You will work on short-term assignments and have the opportunity to transition into a long-term role upon completion of the program. The available locations will vary based on open roles at the time.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Take responsibility for the account management of direct customers.
Serve as a liaison with customers regarding product launches and advertising opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Report on business figures internally.
Provide campaign updates, troubleshoot customer challenges, and deliver customer training in all Google Ads tools.
