In this role, you will be part of the Mobilization Strategy team for the Google Operations Center (GOC). The GOC is reimagining vendorization, in-sourcing routine workflows. GOC provides customer care and technical support for a large portion of Google products across a range of customers.
You will be an insights partner and thought leader to the leadership team, helping shape us becoming a leading customer care provider. The gSO team provides critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, helping teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives. We focus on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, helping evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll be working with key partners to define and execute the GOC roadmap. You will support a mix of strategic and operational projects through deep engagement and project management support.

Responsibilities
Act as the relationship manager to key stakeholders and manage multiple work streams.
Work closely with global teams within the Google Operations Center (GOC) and review the operations, provide strategic guidance, look for value related opportunities, and improve health of the engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery maturity. Own areas like documenting workflows, identify gaps and lead working group meetings, deliver regular project status reporting for work streams.
Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Build excellent analytical frameworks and tools to measure key results.
Structure and execute against strategic projects to solve for complex and ambiguous business issues for the GOC.
