As an Account Strategist Manager, you will lead an account strategist team to use consultative skills to understand our advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will partner with the Head of Mid-Market Sales to set strategic objectives and run the daily operations for the business. You will help your teams and take initiative to partner directly with clients to deliver solutions.
Google Customer Solutions (GCS) teams are trusted advisors who maintain a focus on customer success. Engaging with executives on the client side, you will help the Account Strategists set the strategy for our customers and their businesses.

Responsibilities
Lead the management, operations, training, and support of a team of Mid-Market Account Strategists to ensure improved business growth, client satisfaction, and enhanced portfolio health.
Work with the Head of Mid-Market Sales to ensure collaboration between the Lead Account Strategists and Account Strategists and align on global Google Customer Solutions priorities.
Build client relationships through meetings and speaking engagements.
Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction goals for a portfolio of Google Customer Solutions clients in your assigned market. Work with the Account Strategist to build and actively manage an effective long-term client planning process with clients.
Define client interaction (e.g., automation, first-party data, customer lifetime value, Customer Relationship Management analysis and integrations, etc.) and develop the necessary infrastructure/processes.
