Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of direct executive support, related administrative, or project management experience.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.

Experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.

Knowledge of process, project, and program management theory, practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

Additional Information (Colorado only*) Minimum Salary of $92,000 – $99,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment).

Coordinate duties for multiple offices.

Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.

Mentor new team members.

Serve as a technical lead for and manager of small projects.
