Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience with analytical work in marketing and sales, management consulting, or in business operations and analytics
2 years of experience developing and maintaining SQL scripts, data tables, and dashboards, and working with statistical programming languages
Experience presenting analytical insights to stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline
Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) to implement statistical analysis and machine learning models
Experience with controlled experimentation, causal inference, statistical data analysis (e.g., linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, sampling methods)
Ability to operate and demonstrate leadership in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, ad-hoc requests simultaneously, be well-organized, with a willingness to teach others and learn new techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex analysis to non-technical audiences

In this role, as an Analyst, you will partner with Global Performance Leads (GPL) to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals, execution, and helping teams drive strategic initiatives forward. In addition, you’ll drive improvements across customer segmentation, data gathering and analysis, automated reporting, and dashboard design to grow business intelligence.

Responsibilities
Identify key growth and sustainability opportunities for Performance across various points of the customer lifecycle; work with large, complex data sets.
Solve complex analytical problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Conduct analysis that includes problem formulation, experiment design, data gathering, analysis, deliverable creation, and presentation.
Make business recommendations via presentations that effectively translate technical work to business partners and executives through synthesized analyses and visual storytelling.
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to help with reporting and analytical needs of the team and key stakeholders.
Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance/user metrics and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
